Many of the organisations we have worked in have been fast paced. We are experienced in both Corporate structures up to 150,000 employees and smaller Founder-led businesses of between 250-1000 employees.
We have experience of unionised organisations, mergers and acquisitions and worked within organisations which have floated and become public limited companies.
We have professional qualifications around HR/CIPD and have experience of building HR and Learning & Development functions and teams from nothing. If you do have an intact People team, we can develop your own internal teams to enable them to become self-sufficient for your future needs.
