I worked with Naz while I was in various roles, Retail Ops Director, Transformation Director and Distribution and Logistics Director, Naz's skills as an L&D professional and a coach were extremely valuable to me in all these roles. Naz has the ability to not only help assess the needs of the business, but also assess the needs of the individual or team she is working with to get the greatest results for all parties. We worked on many development programs together and Naz would always be my first choice of partner to coach and develop the teams I have lead. The teams I have lead have varied greatly but the results I gained with Naz on board were exactly what was required for each of those teams, I can't recommend Naz and her skills highly enough.

I was fortunate to work with Naz in my team at FMG Support. At the time Naz was Head of L&D and was in a role which she created pretty much from a blank sheet of paper. Many attributes stood out but the three areas where Naz really excelled were in training delivery, coaching and building strong relationships with others. In delivering training Naz was able to run the whole cycle from identifying training needs through to designing appropriate interventions and then delivering solutions and her training delivery was always very well received by delegates who responded well both to the training content and Naz's style of delivery. Naz has a warm and nurturing style which worked well in building trusting coaching relationships and also in building effective relationships with various stakeholders. Naz had a lot of potential at the time she worked with me and she quickly outgrew the role and was capable of a bigger role with more responsibility. What a great 18 months working with Naz! Her natural ability to engage with people makes her a brilliant coach and the waiting list to have her as a mentor was always long! A natural leader herself, her passion and experience in leadership development is superb and many people benefitted from her talent and the programmes she put in place. We had great fun building a new set of behaviours together which were an important part of the cultural journey, and as usual Naz landed and embedded them in her engaging, inclusive style.
