
1:1 Coaching
Through coaching, we help people create the space and opportunity to reconnect with their purpose and stretch to realise their potential.
People and organisations can sometimes get stuck and often, they just need the space and opportunity to think, be challenged, plan and then REIGNITE their focus and move to action.
As accredited Executive Coaches and Mentors, we can deliver Individual coaching sessions across a number of levels, ranging from first line managers, to established leaders, senior leaders and executives.
As with group-based and team-based development, our coaching experience can extend to individual profiling such as MBTI, Insights and DISC.
We offer a highly engaging and supportive coaching style, yet can be challenging, depending on the needs and style of the individual. Above all, through coaching, we look to create tension in order to accelerate change.
Whilst our coaching offer can be completely bespoke, typically, a coaching programme could include:
- An initial chemistry meeting to ensure there’s the right connection.
- An expectations meeting between the coach, the coachee and their line manager to get clarity on objectives and expected outcomes.
- Between 4 and 6 coaching sessions over a 4-8 month period. Each coaching session lasts between 90-120 mins.
- A final consolidation meeting between coach, coachee and line manager to agree next steps and future actions.
