Hi, I’m Naz and I’m the Managing Director of Reignite Development Ltd.

Originally from Manchester, I have lived in various parts of West Yorkshire since graduating from Uni. I am married to Darrell and our first grandson was born in 2024 so we decided to move in 2025 to a little village near Hull in the East Riding of Yorkshire. A lot of our free time now is spent with him and our gorgeous Spaniel Buddy.

We love all things 1950s and Rock & Roll. We’ve been lucky enough to travel to a lot of countries in Europe and various States across the US to spend our holidays with friends dancing and listening to Rock & Roll music.

I set up Reignite Development because I am passionate about people and helping them reignite their passion, their purpose, increase their commitment and ultimately achieve better results.

I’ve spent the last 30 years in a variety of senior People roles across a number of large and small organisations and industries. Whilst Retail has made up a significant part of my career, I have proven experience in Logistics & Warehousing, Manufacturing, Engineering, Fleet Management, Healthcare, Hospitality, and Charities/Not-for-profit organisations.

I’m very personable and can build relationships and earn trust quickly. I work hard to get to know your business, it’s goals and it’s processes so that I can offer solutions and suggestions that are bespoke to you. Previous clients and coachees tell me I’m highly collaborative and refreshingly straight-talking!
